November 2022 Prayers

Remember we are light!

Remember that we all come from a place of love, where there is no difference between us, where there is peace and hope and faith in each other!

We have the ability in us to give love, receive love and connect to the creation to know who we are!

Remember that many are a lot worse off!

We must be thankful for what we have and share what we can!

 Remember our vets!

Remember the sacrifice of those who gave their lives for the sake of our country and for the sake of peace on this planet! Remember our vets and those in the military still working hard so we can live in peace!

Whatever you do, be gentle with yourself. You don't just live in this world,
or your home or your skin. You also live in someone's eyes.

Along your journey of life know that you are loved!

There is hope and the answers you need as you continue to love and help others!

Scriptures and meditations:

Galatians 3:28. So there is no difference between Jews and Gentiles, between slaves and free people, between men and women; you are all one in union with Christ Jesus.

Romans 8: 37-39. Nothing can separate us from the love of God!

1 John 4:7. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.

1 Corinthians 13: 4-8. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud...it always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

John 1:5. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

What we are praying for:

God, protect our vets from violence, protect all our men and
women who are serving in military here and all over the world. Bring healing to all those traumatized. Grant your grace to all those who lost loved ones, who were serving, to live with passion in honour of them.

God, watch over all those in our government, guide them with your wisdom and protect them and their families everywhere they go.

God we pray for world peace. God, help our world governments to negotiate peacefully. Guide them to work together to solve the world crises and help the poor of every nation.

God, be with those who suffer persecution for their race, religion, sexual orientation or gender identification. Guide those in danger to a safe place. Protect and strengthen those who have no way out.

God, help our government to show the First Nations the respect they deserve and to compensate them appropriately. Bring your healing to those harmed and reconcilliation between all peoples. Grant our government the wisdom to solve the issues the First Nations face caused by colonization and to solve the problems of the poor and the homeless.

God, pour out your Spirit on our city and draw people to you. Give us a willing heart to yield to your Spirit so we can experience your healing. God, help everyone in the GTA to live in peace with each other. Help us to see and honour the good everyone has within them.
